Spa Pools are heavy and awkward, and sometimes you just want the professionals to come and do the lifting for you.
We have moved many spa pools over the years so we have built up tricks and knowledge to overcome most obstacles as well as reducing the risk of any damage.
We can relocate your spa using our spa dolly equipment/sled, ramps, inflatable Spa Wedge and our specifically designed spa trailer.
Crane hire to assist if no other way to get the pool onsite. We have full public liability and goods in transit insurance.
We service Bay of Plenty and the outlying regions and more.
Any deliveries above and beyond what we consider a "standard delivery" may incur extra cost. Contact Us to find out more.
We can collect your spa from a depot, shop or private address and deliver it into position for you at your desired location. You can have peace of mind when using our services as we have the right tools for the job and also have 'public liability insurance'.
Sometimes there's that perfect spot for your spa to get the best view. With our tools and rigging background, we can usually get it where it needs to be placed where others say it's impossible.
We work closely alongside other companies when occasionally we need a lift. The whole job can be organised by ourselves as we know when cranes are needed or not, this allows you to get the most economical cost for the job.
First, understand the dimensions of your spa by use of a tape measure. The height of most spas is 740mm – 960mm high. You will need to consider the Spa will be delivered on its side on a Spa Dolly system (see above). Using the trolley system we need a minimum at the tightest area of 840mm – 1m wide access.
Use the height of the Spa (when laid flat) which will become the width to determine the maximum width of clearance necessary. If the Spa Dolly width is greater this will be the measurement you will use.
Use the height of the Spa Dolly plus the height of the Spa when stood on its side to determine the vertical clearance required. Most spas range from 2m x 2m (mid range size) 2.4m x 2.4m (very large spa). Add the height of the spa dolly system (being 200mm). So a 2m x 2m spa will become 2.20m. Height clearance under eve will need to be a minimum clearance of 2.25m or more.
It may be necessary to allow for additional overhead clearance if the spa will be rolled up or down an incline or moved up or down a short flight of stairs. It may be necessary to remove a gate, part of a fence, or other movable obstructions in order to move the Spa to its installation site. Only about 10% of the time, a crane is the only way to install the spa by lifting it to its final destination.
How is your width clearance?
Do you have sufficient overhead clearance?
Is the path clear?

For safety, if extra manpower is needed going up steep slopes or ramps we need to be advised prior to delivery. To keep cost at a minimum, you may be or organise the extra manpower.
